Why did I create this course?
I’ve been asked to do this because many of you understand the benefits of office staff being up to speed with the products that you sell. Such as:

- Creating a professional approach for customers.
- Customer confidence and loyalty.
- Time efficiency and smoother operations.
- One more way for you as a business to stand out from the crowd.
The problems it causes when they don’t know
- Time and efficiency – having office staff having to refer to you, service managers or engineers in order to answer customer questions just wastes everybody’s time.
- The customer is left hanging waiting for an answer to their questions. Whether this is waiting to speak to someone else or having to wait for a call back when someone is available. This doesn’t create customer confidence.
- It’s frustrating for your office staff when they don’t know.
- They don’t understand what the engineers may be talking about in their reports because they don’t understand the engineer’s role or about extinguishers.
What’s included?
Product knowledge, first and foremost. The different types of extinguishers and their uses. The need for signage and an overview of the most use signs. I’ll be giving your staff an overview of the engineer’s role so that they can understand how much is involved.
l’ll teach them about the law, the British Standards and what a customer’s legal responsibilities are so they can adequately advise them should they call with questions.
We’ll be covering general customer questions and complaints and how to respond. A brief overview of the need to cross-sell your other services and a demonstration of servicing an extinguisher to give them that hands on opportunity for them to do the same.
I’ll also give them the experience of discharging an extinguisher too.

A half day course at your premises, allowing rotation of staff to keep office operations covered.
£160 per candidate (minimum 3).

What do the candidates need in order to do this course.
A coat for when we go outside to discharge the extinguishers.
How far will you travel?
To wherever you are within the UK and Ireland. Overnight stays will be chargeable as further expenses.
Are there any course notes?
Yes, they will have notes to refer back to.
Is there a certificate?
I will issue a certificate of attendance.
